Connolly Brothers completes renovation of The Lodge at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts
BEVERLY, Mass., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Connolly Brothers Inc., a construction management firm serving private commercial, industrial and institutional clients, recently completed a 3,947-square-foot renovation and 507-square-foot addition for The Lodge at Endicott College located in Beverly, Massachusetts.
The Lodge is one of Endicott College's on-campus dining venues, offering students a casual, relaxed, retail-style dining option and lounge. The project scope involved demolition of the existing kitchen, dining and lounge areas to accommodate a new, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, serving line and two restrooms. Upgrades were made to the dining, lounge and mezzanine areas including installation of a new HVAC system.
Connolly Brothers also constructed a 507-square-foot addition to The Lodge, housing a dedicated dish room, walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler. The addition supports the upgraded kitchen operations and provides additional storage capacity for food.

During construction, the Connolly Brothers team navigated tight site logistics including having to reroute the building's existing sewer line. The project was completed on a compressed "summer slammer" schedule.
